Getting Out of PDL!!
Date: Tue, 06/22/2010 - 13:25
I have been reading a lot on these forums regarding PDL and I am soo glad they are here. I am in way over my head, but now I have hope. I am in KY and have talked to my Department of Financial Institutions. I am sending out my first letter today and keeping my fingers crossed. Has anyone dealt with Integrity Advance? I am really nervous. Hoping this does not blow up in my face!! My plan is to just try and knock them out one at a time. Hopefully each victory will give me the courage to go for another. Just wait and see I guess.
I also have loans with:
Sure Advance
Magnum
Everest
Ameriloan
CMG
OneClickCash
What is everyone's dealings with these particular lenders? Is there one or two that are easier to deal with than the others? Any info would be great!!

Has anyone ever had any luck using an overpayment for a previous loan to pay a new loan? I have one company that i paid $824 on a $400 loan. Stupidly i took out a new $600 loan which i have paid $132 on. If that is possible then i would only truly owe another $44. Can this be done?

So then what you actually owe them is 44 bucks! It doesn't make any difference what they try to tell you, you are in the right here and YOU are calling the shots, just read the link I gave you above on how to deal with illegal lenders and follow the steps. All you should have ever paid them is the principal amount you borrowed, period.
