I have been paying on these it seems like forever and now that I have closed my account I can't go back and see how much has been taken from my account. i told my bank today that it was fruad because none of these lenders are licensed to lend in my state (Nevada) as they must have a store front.
If anyone has email address's to these companies please let me know so that i can send them the ACH revocation and get this taken care of.
Thank you so much for your help

Hi,
The only address I have is for US Fast Cash... we keep getting statements from customerservice@usfastcash.com
I know it's just 1, but I hope it helps...
Maybe you can help me... I JUST learned today that the 6 loans my husband took out are illegal in our state (Maryland)... what was the 1st step you took to control this... So far we have paid 3000 total over the principles that we owed... I know we will probably not get that back... but all of them are taking another payment out on Friday 7/1... so I want to get this taken care of before then....
Thanks!!!
Jenny
1st things first
;)Hi,
The first thing you need to do is close your bank account, before you issue the companies a letter of revocation. These companies will continue to debit you account if they get these letters before the account is closed to try and get all they can before it closes. Go to your bank and tell them you need a hard close on you account, to ensure that the account will not reopen when the ACH transactions are put through by the PDL companies.Banks will vary on what they say they can and cannot do, in regards to this. It is your account and your right to do this.If the person you speak with says they cannot do this then ask for a supervisor. I was told not to tell the bank this was in regards to illegal payday loans as they might not help me, but I explained the situation to the bank manager and they were very helpful. They even reversed the NSF fees incurred as I did not get there in time before they withdrew their last payment. My suggestion to you is to start researching everything you can on this site in regards to these companies. If PDL's are illegal in MD, as you say (I'm in Florida) then you need to find the letter to illegal lenders on this site and there is a section on how to deal with illegal lenders and this will tell you eveything you need to know. Just type this info in the search box at the top right. You also need to file complaints with the MD office of financial regulation, the Federal Trade Commission and the MD States Attorney Generals Office on each company. If you have paid above and beyond the amount of the original loan then they owe you a refund. You need to go through your bank statements and figure out exactly how much you have paid each one and subtract the original loan amount from that number. Do Not let them intimidate you, know the laws and your rights as a consumer. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your input, I did manage to find a customer service email address. I am hoping I can go to the bank on monday and have them reverse all of the ACH's that went through yesterday, as it put me over 700.00 in the hole. this is just a vicious cycle that has to stop!

Thank you so much for your advice, I called my bank and closed the account on Sat. I have also filed a fruad complaint against these companies with my bank as they had notice of revocation. And my state law says that these companies that are not licensed in Nevada are null and void and that these companies are to immediately remit to each and every customer the amount of the principle, interest and any other charges. I hope my research on this helps anyone in Nevada who is going through this same situtation.

Wells Fargo
I closed my account with Wells Fargo and guess what they are still able to debit my account and I was told this morning that even if I close it out completely and open a new one if these companies find my account they will stil be able to debit my account!!!! I am going to have to completely close my account and go to a new bank.
New Bank
I too opened an account at a new bank, just out of fear they would be able to access my new account. After you send the revocation letter, bring a copy of it to your bank. If they try and debit that account they are in trouble and you can file a dispute with the bank for non authorized debits
Payday Loans
I am in the same boat. Payday Loans are illegal in AZ. I'll have to go through the same process, however, my husband just started a new job, and we are still waiting for his 1st paycheck. He was not aware that these were illegal, being that he is in Tennessee (he works on the road). Thankfully there are only 3 so far. It has been 3 business days since he did this. Do you think there will be anymore advances. As a matter of fact, he stated that he did not even sign documentation for 2 of these.
I do have the address for:
BDPDL (Bottom Dollar Payday Loans); it is CustomerService@bottomdollarpayday.com.
Thanks so much for your posts.

If you're in Maryland and having PDL problems, I'd also suggest you contact the MD Dept. of Financial Regulation. Their address and phone # are listed on this site under MD PDL laws. They were a big help to me.
