can payday loan take my ssi bennifits

i have three pay day loans that i cant pay until the second week in augs can they take my ssi bennifits

Are your loans even legal? Who did you borrow from? What state

Are your loans even legal? Who did you borrow from? What state do you live in???

They cannot garnish your SSI...in order to even garnish your bank account they would have to sue you first. Even then, SSI is exempt.
