I have taken all the necessary steps but I still have not received a response from 4 of the 6 lenders and it has been about three weeks. What should I do next?

The 4 Lenders I am waiting to hear back from are OneClick Cash, United Cash Loans, Idealgelt and American Web Loans. I live in Pennsylvania. I have only filed a compliant with the BB. I have not received any phone calls or e-mails in response to my e-mails.
