Definitely do it yourself! It is not as hard as it may seem at first - especially with all the help here on this site! I sent my letters and closed my account on May 4th and have already received 2 PIF letters! Yesterday was the first day that they would have tried to debit my account so am curious to see what response I get from the others when their ACH's are returned. But so far so good -
