I have been in the payday loan cycle in the past, I closed my bank account and eventually got things straightened out. I know how everybody here, myself included, thinks of payday loans. I desperately need your help and yes, I know how wrong these loans are. I am in a tough spot here, flat broke and then some, pay day is a week away, I can't get any help from my emplyer or credit union and I have to get some cash for gas and food for my 5 year-old daughter. Does anybody know of a payday loan company that I can get a loan from considering my horrible teletrack record. I will pay it all back on my payday, no rollover, but I don't have any other options here. I will be forever grateful if somebody can help me. Thanks

I can't imagine what you are going through; really tough times right now...

I hate to see you get involved again with a pdl...like Kash said above; is there not anyone you can go to for the monies? co-worker, friend, family or boss...

If you defaulted on these loans before; I am not sure if any of them would loan to you; but knowing how these people are; they just might....but really don't want you to if at all possible.

Good Luck...

I have no other options, nobody to borrow from, I've pretty much tapped out every resource known to man. I need a small loan for a week and I will pay back every cent on the due date. I know the drill well. CDoes anybody know a company that will loan to me with a bad teletrack record. I have no pride left here, just pure desperation.

the only thing I can think of is do a search of pdl's that do business with bad teletrack record...or look through some of these threads to find names of pdl's and just go out there and apply..

But my only thought is; if you give out your new account, some of them may go back and debit your account from monies they never collected in the past..

Just be careful...sorry I don't know of any....

Again; I wish you well and hope you get what you need to get you through....

A HUGE word of warning here, and I can't emphasize this enough.

The only companies you will find that will lend to you with a poor teletrack record are ILLEGAL PDL companies. These companies specifically target people doing internet searches with words like "no teletrack loan", "savings account loan" or "no teletrack check".

These are the companies that will lend you $200 on the spot, no questions asked, but also will provide no paperwork, no confirmation of the interest rate they will be charging, and will disappear off the face of the earth once you give them your bank account information. Except when it comes time to debit your account every payday - then they'll be right there to take their money from your account. But try calling them to arrange payoff or to get any sort of customer service, and you'll be met with an answering machine or a recording saying they are not currently open. And any e-mails or messages left will pretty much go unanswered - leaving you paying that loan "rollover fee" forever, until you close yet another bank account.

Can you go to a food bank or local charity to get some food for the week, and discuss possible help with a gas card or something from them? A local church, the Salvation Army - anyone. Anything but another PDL, if you can possibly help it.

Please don't think that I'm trying to lecture - I'm not - but I'm concerned about you getting into that cycle again and not being able to get out, if you go with a company that doesn't do Teletrack checks - they're the very companies that we fight against every day due to their illegal nature.

I'm not going to lecture either, we've all "been there" at one time or other; but please, if there is ANY way at all, don't go back to the PDLs. If nothing else, I'd be worried about giving one of them new bank account information. Many of these PDL's are inter-related, different names under the same parent company; I'd be scared if I'd give out info to just one for a loan to tide you over, that the information would get back to the PDL's you had in the past when you closed your previous account and that THEY would try to debit you. Are you affiliated with any church group at all? Some places will help out needy families in exchange for you doing some community service work for them. Please keep us posted.

I am not sure where you live; but most cities/towns have a crisis center or clothes closet where they give out free food. If you want to pm me and let me know I will have my mom check for you. My mom has been doing or working with those entities for 20 years and she might be able to find one in your town..they ask no questions and will give you 2 weeks worth of free food. Some will also give you some money to tie you over...

No pressure; as I really don't want you to get another pdl...

Check with your bank - Some banks and credit unions do a direct deposit advance sort of thing. But you have to have had your paycheck direct deposited into your account for the past few months. If your bank or credit union does offer it, it's a better way to go. They don't check teletrack or anything, they only care if you have a good bank account and your check is direct deposited.

Bill, we have all been there and I am still there, but you really need to be very carefull applying for another PDL, by you giving your new account information the other ones you defaulted on might start debiting your account. Do you have any gold that maybe you no longer want? If you do you are better of going to a pawn shop and getting some funds. Good Luck.

Yes...Bill I am in the same boat. I am trying to get the money together to pay my mortgage and house insurance in addition to getting some of the PDL's off my back. I just want to crawl in a hole. These crappy PDL folk are making it worse....I would swallow my pride and ask for money from a friend, but most are in the same boat as me.
Hang in there...coast through the week one day at a time if you must.
