Teletrack is a credit bureau that services the payday loan indus
Teletrack is a credit bureau that services the payday loan industry. Their scores don't go into your FICO score, so it normally just affects your ability to get more payday loans.
And yes illegal lenders can report you to teletrack. They can even report your to the Big 3. The Fair Credit Reporting Act puts the burden on the consumer to challenge anything that doesn't belong. Creditors don't have to prove anything to list a debt on a credit report. They only have to provide proof after an entry is challenged.

yes,but an illegal lender rarely can provide proof.example
AIS reported two ipdl's on my report.
i disputed as them being unlicensed and i overpaid anyway.
the entries were deleted as AIS could produce nothing of substance.
so yes they can report it,but if disputed.it will be deleted.

Sorry about the bad news, by the way. I'm sure someone will be along to answer your other questions about what, if anything, you need to pay. I know a lot about credit reports, but others here seem to know a lot more than me about payday loan laws.
Thanks guys. I'm dealing with a jerk named Eric Grant who works
Thanks guys. I'm dealing with a jerk named Eric Grant who works @ Zip19.com. He's already harassing me and I have been EXTREMELY compliant with him. I asked for their legal address today and you would've thought that I had asked him for custody of his first born!!! I just needed to know because he explained that they needed their payment ASAP, because he needed to let Teletrack. I'm not really concerned about not being able to receive PDLs(I've learned my lesson), I just don't want to have to deal with anymore hassles.
