Do you have a template for dealing with company since they claim immunity because they are owned by Soverign Indian Nation.


i can guide you as no "tribal immunity"loan especially an MTE d/b/a is legal in any way.you see by "immunity"the lender means they are not subject to your state laws.well that also means except for a wage assignment they can't do diddily squat to you.if you haven't gone to the sticky titled (dealing with illegal lenders)do so.it has all you need to beat this illegal back.if you have then you file AG,AND FTC complaints as more than one d/b/a of MTE is under investigation by the FTC.another complaint will help the case against one click.do that knowing they can claim "immunity".however again except for a wage assignment,and that is totally revocable they can't do a thing except harrass.
