Does anyone know the address that I can provide the BBB for Ten $????

Ok I just sent off this morning another email to National Pay Day aka Ten $ and this is the response I just received...
We have reviewed all correspondence received by you regarding your account. It is unclear at this point why your most recent email was sent to us, as it reiterates points that have already been made.

Your statement that you do not agree to our payment plan can be disputed with the loan agreement received from you when you submitted your application to us.

Your statement that you are revoking our authorization to debit your account has been honored since your initial complaint was received and all debits to your account were stopped, as stated in our earlier correspondence.

The fact that you have set an ACH block on your account is a reiteration of your initial complaint.

Additionally, you are requesting our acknowledgement that your account is paid in full when, not only is that untrue, but you were advised in our last correspondence that we had written off your delinquent balance and closed your account.

Based on the facts detailed above, it is our expectation that resolution to your complaint has been satisfied and no further correspondence should be received from you regarding such.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
Respectfully,
Compliance Department

What does this mean?????? Does that mean now it goes to collections???

So, if you want to repeat yourself, you're allowed!

I have no clue what they are talking about, it can be interpreted MANY different ways, ask them to clarify.

From an accountant's point of veiw, if the account was written off then that would mean that they no longer expect to receive the money. If they thought that they would be able to collect they would have written down the debt not written it completly off so that they would not have to show the complete loss on their books until absolutely necessary. Sounds to me that they are saying ok we are done, please quit emailing us :). I would take it as a victory :)

I was thinking it sounded that way also, but ya just never know what these illegal lenders might be up to!
