Well these people crawled out of the woodwork again with a different CA, this time Glacier Star Group called this morning. When he told me who he was collecting for I started laughing. I told them, oh, you have the account now. Then I told him that they were not legal or licensed to lend in my state and he said ok. I told him that my state was working with me on this account and to send me a letter and I will forward it to my state. He again said ok. lol. He really didn't have a chance to say anything. lol Then I sent off an e-mail to the DFI and she told me to send out yet another letter to them and e-mail her a copy and she would send them a letter also. I just LOVE the DFI when it comes to things like this :) I and the state have proof that I paid back the loan and then some through rollovers. So they can just bite me :)

Well, it's been 6 business days and no letter or other phone calls from this company. Hmmmmm...wonder why? Oh..wait...I know...because they know the loan was illegal!!!!
