I have a few payday loans that were taken out in an emergency situation.

CashNetUSA -- $2400
ZOCALoans -- $475
Golden Valley Lending -- $300

I need help figuring out how I can get these taken care of immediately. I do not even know where to start and have paid so much money on them to date that it literally makes me sick.

You should think about the payment before taking out the loan. Sometimes payday loan is not a solution. before taking out payday loans you should if about your affordability since they come with higher interest rates.

However, you didn't mention your location. So, I can't tell you if PDL is legal in your state.

Also, don't panic; if you're still going through a financial hardship, then talk to your lenders to lower the interest rate.

Also, give a close look at your budget; cut down all the unnecessary expenses to save more.

If possible consider side hustle or sell items that you rarely use to get some cash.

I believe you're from Tennessee, and Payday loans are legal there. So, you must try to pay off these PDLs.

But, as per Tennessee payday loan laws, the maximum loan amount (per account) that can be issued must not exceed $500. How did you get $2400 from CashNetUSA?? Can you please explain a bit?

However, as per the same laws, if you can't pay off a payday loan - you'll not be considered as a criminal. The state laws have even imposed a limit on collection charges. Lenders can't charge more than $30 as NSF fee from you if your post-dated check is returned because of the insufficient fund. It is also illegal to charge more than one NSF fee on a single loan account.
