Are these licensed anywhere in the U.S. I live in Tennessee and need help fast, I want to pay but I cant keep up with these rates. Also if they r illegal can I go back on the loans that have been paid over the last year or so and seek refunds or call it even. Thank u very much

you really need to close your current account and go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of this very forum.follow it and don't skip steps.you can get these illegals out of your life for good,but the first step is closing your current account and opening a new one.
