Hello softballcemp01 and welcome to the forum. I am going to post the laws for your state regarding payday loans. We would be happy to help you anyway we can to get these loans paid off, but we will need a little more information. We need the amount you borrowed from each pdl and the amount you have actually paid back, whether they were Internet or store front loans, and have you defaulted on any of these loans yet? Meanwhile, please hang tight, someone will be along to help you as soon as possible, and do not feel bad, we have all been there and understand. Please provide us with the needed information so we can begin helping you. :)
You will find the Payday loan laws for Virginia here (just select your state),

Is there any way you could possibly get a 2nd job maybe part-time where each paycheck from that went to the pdl's? I know it's hard, but that was the solution for me a few years ago and I was able to get rid of them within 7 months doing that and I had 5 ipdl's out at the time. If not possible my apologies for suggesting. Hang tough-these wonderful people here can help you.
