PDL craziness

Hi my name is Tina and I live in Texas! Which Ive heard doesnt offer much of any solution if you need PDL help. I have 2 loans one i owe $586 and the other $1000. They are both store front. I have had the larger loan for about 8 months. I havnt kept track of what I have paid them but every 2 weeks for 8 months they got 180 out of me! The $1000 is with The cash store and the other is with check n go. I have my been so unhappy with my situation for months and im in the PDL quick sand. I CAN NO LONGER PAY THESE. I am seriously thinking of calling the cash store and just asking what are my options. Its VERY depressing!!!!! Any advice?
I know there is something I can do but Im unsure how to go about it. My next payment is due in 2 days. Thank you guys for all your help! You are very caring!


What are the names of the store fronts? If they are members of the CFSA (The Community Financial Services Association of America) you would be eligible for an extended payment plan, but they won't tell you about it, you have to ask for it. How it works, the interest stops as soon as you sign up for it, and you would pay them off in four separate payments.

Please keep all your posts in one place, when you start posting multiple threads it becomes very confusing, and you have to repeat yourself. I replied to your other thread. They CAN'T refuse you the EPP, if they do, then you need to call the CFSA and complain, they (CFSA) are willing to help you, but only if you call them and let them know one of their members would not allow you the EPP. I opened a new acccount today. I went up tp my pay day lenders and asked for epps. Cash store told me they would get it approved by corporate tomorrow(I hope) and Check n go manager was off so gotta go up there tomorrow. ......I feel little better. Just hope they follow through and work with me
