I have accumulated four payday loans i am drowning no money left for utilities etc...what can I do?
companies are: Ace Cash Express, Discount Advances, Check N Go, and Northway Financial(Cash Transfer Centers) Please Help!

Some of your lenders may operate as CSOs in Texas as the state follows the Credit Service Organisation model. Hence, they may operate legally without even obtaining licenses from the state authority.
However, the CSOs must register with the Secretary of State. Look them up in the Secretary of State's office. You can also use the following link for the same purpose.
