mycashnow.com original loan, $880 have paid $1019.84 and they still show a pending balance of 1562. Unitedcashloans.com , original balance $300 have paid a total of $860 and they still show a balance of $130. USfastcash.com original loan $300 have paid $210 with a balance of $480.
Cashnetusa.com original balance $750.00, have paid $150 and they show a balance of $924.
I can not verify any of these companies are a licensed lender or a CSO in Texas. I did locate CSO info on cashnetusa.com but it shows their status as bond cancelled.
Can someone please assist me in handling these accounts legally and only paying what I am legally obligated to pay? Thank you so much.
Payday loans have very high interest rates as a result of which
Payday loans have very high interest rates as a result of which such huge outstanding amounts get reflected in spite of the fact that you have made the payment. This outstanding amount will increase day by day because of the addition of the interest to the outstanding amount. If you have a good score, you should immediately take a debt consolidation loan and pay off the outstanding payday loans.

Did you search for the other loans under the payday and the CSO sections?
If you did not find them then they are illegal.
I saw that same thing in my searchs before for Cashnet USA but I can't seem to find out for sure if that makes them unlicensed. I think perhaps a call may be needed to verify it.
