I live in Texas and took out 2 PDL. One from webpayday which was for $400 and I have paid back $690 and one from Integrity which was also for $400 and i've only paid back $120. I know I need to continue paying back integrity but the account that they will withdraw from is currently overdrawn (because i've been stupid) and I had to move my direct deposit. What can I do?

No no, you aren't stupid. I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it.

The lenders you have loans with are not licensed to lend to residents of your state, that is why they are charging ridiculous interest rates and fees which they are not entitled to. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Shazzers I hope you or someone else can help me again!! I received a voicemail today from what sounded like an attorney's office calling on behalf of Webpay. I've more than repaid the $400 to them but they still want to collect over $600 and are threatening to sue me. Help??!!

The next time they call tell them you want your dunning letter (letter of collection) via USPS as required by the FDCPA. Otherwise, if you don't receive any documentation via the mail I would ignore their arses!

Also, is there I phone line available? I'm not very good at the internet.
