Shazzers I hope you or someone else can help me again!! I received a voicemail today from what sounded like an attorney's office calling on behalf of Webpay. I've more than repaid the $400 to them but they still want to collect over $600 and are threatening to sue me. Help??!!

The next time they call tell them you want your dunning letter (letter of collection) via USPS as required by the FDCPA. Otherwise, if you don't receive any documentation via the mail I would ignore their arses!

Okay today I got a voicemail that says they will be filing a judgement in my county and will send a member of law enforcement to my place of employment. Can they really do that???
