Need Help figuring out my next steps

Okay I live in Texas and here are my loans, all are online:
Ace- $1000 borrowed $0 paid
Check N Go- $850 borrowed $0 paid
CashnetUSA-$1000 borrowed $500 paid
PaydayMax- $500 borrowed $510 paid
Money2Advance - $500 borrowed $550 paid
I'm in pretty dire straights right now. My bank won't stop ACH's or make the account deposit only. I get paid on Friday 7/23 so I can't close my account until afterward because if I do so my pay will get returned to my employer and they said my employer said it might take up to a week to get my money back to me. I have bills that need to be paid that I am behind on because I've been paying on my PDLs.
Basically I need to know which of these companies are legal in Texas. Should I send them all a desist letter or just the illegal ones? Should I contact a PDL consolidator to help get me out of this mess? I feel lost and need some guidance here.

Your bank HAS to place an ACH block if you request it.
