I live in Texas and I have a payday loan with Sonic Payday that I can't pay. I am willing to make payments. I borrowed $1500 and need to repay $1905 ( I think). I have borrowed with them repeatedly and have always repaid on time. I have paid over $12,000 in interest, but I don't know if this makes a different because each loan is paid off, and then a new loan is initiated. Is this a legal lender?How can I work out an arrangement with them? I don't have a physical address for them. They are also known as Northway Financial.
