I have a loan with elastic.com. The balance is $2,600 and my payments are $250 bi-monthly. It's killing me financially. I'm getting behind on everything, including my mortgage trying to keep up with paying this loan. I can't do it anymore and I don't know what to do.
I live in Texas.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I contacted MMI, spent an hour on the phone and was told to file bankruptcy. I'm not filing bankruptcy over this stupid loan.

What kind of professional should I contact?

They must be mad. Why would

They must be mad. Why would you file bankruptcy to pay off this loan? Do one thing. Close your account and send an email to inform them that you're in financial hardship. Ask for a better payment plan.

If they're charging a very high interest rate, then they are breaking the law.
