This is the response I got from PDLNow:
The Loan Agreement, to which we have adhered to by funding the loan, detailed that your loan was subject to the Laws of Cyprus, a fact by which you confirmed your understanding and acceptance of via the online signature you made. Please note, we are not a US company, have never prescribed to be a US company and have no US presence. Please refer to your copy of the Loan Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement you agreed to make payments via ACH until the loan balance was satisfied in full. We will continue to make all reasonable attempts to make contact where necessary and to request payment of all amounts due and payable to enable the loan agreement to be satisfied, as per the original terms. here is PDLNow's response when I told them that my state has governing law:
There will be no refund, the loan is active and payment will be requested as per the loan contract. The loan was provided after you applied to us - we did not approach or solicit you, and if you were not happy with the terms you could have declined to accept the loan. You did not do so and are therefore required to meet your obligation under the terms of the loan contract. Regards, Customer Services
anybody have additional contact info for them? I can only log in and post to their CS ticket thing or call them. Should I just call them?

Stand your ground I just got Kenwood Services and Signmyloan.net to deduct the fees/interest from the principal. It took alot of just telling them the law stats this and be adamant about them producing a valid CSO certificate issued by the secretary of state (Texas). If they cannot produce one they are not entitled to interest/fees and the only thing you owe is the principal minus what you have paid already. Only communicate via email or mail. They want to get you on the phone so they can try to intimidate you or threaten you. It worked for me. Just follow to the letter the illegal loan form letter that you can find on the forums. I would also sent a copy of the complaint the Attorney General of the state of Texas. Good luck if you need some help I can try to help you. I have a form letter filled out with Texas specific information.
