I have these payday loans out (I am in TEXAS)

Check n go 377.46 refi 4 times and paid 232.38 so far(borrowed 300)
MYCashNOW just a refi 2 times with a total bal 630.19 originally (borrowed 440)
AdvanceAmerica (borrowed 275) will pay 68.75 for refi at end of Oct
Store front
ACE Cash (borrowed 1000) Have paid approx 600 in refi back
EZ Loan (borrowed 1500) INSTALLMENT LOAN paid back 1336.36
Have closed bank account should have read the posts about that one but it's too late...

What help do you need? EZ and ACE cash are licensed in Texas. He
What help do you need? EZ and ACE cash are licensed in Texas. Hence you need to pay them back what you have borrowed plus the charges. Rest are not licensed in your state but pdls can operate as CSOs in Texas and might not need to comply with the pdl licensing laws but are legal, which would mean that you need to repay them as well. Wait for the experts to know about your future course of action.
