Hi, I keep seeing in posts that you say follow the links in your signature for steps to follow with Tribal Lenders, but I can't find that link. I'm sorry to message you directly, but I'm desperate. I've gotten myself into a horrible bind and I don't know what to do. how do you find out if loans are Tribal? Should I close my bank account? I saw an article that they were taking people in Texas to court for not paying.

Are you also from Texas?

Well...you can check and see if your lender is listed as tribal loan lender here - tribalinstallmentloans(dot)com/lenders/

Are you sure they are tribal lenders? If yes, then stop making further payments immediately.

I don't understand why don't people mention all the detail information while posting a query in a forum.

I've read articles about people in Texas being arrested and sued using bad check law. These are all online loans but I'm really stressing out if I should close account or just try to keep paying. Moneykey & moneylion are the biggest and we're just taken out, with the first payment coming up this week. I think I'll have enough to pay one off completely or some of the smaller ones. Any advice you guys could give would be greatly appreciated.

America Advance - Are you referring to Americash Advance? If so, then it is illegal

Pay only the principal amount to the illegal lenders.

Except for Speedy Cash, all are illegal. So, pay only the principal amount.

Regarding the speedy cash: You have to make the repayment or else you may get collection calls.

Talk to the lender and try to get a suitable repayment option. Start making payments without missing a single payment. Cut down extra expenses, set aside money to make extra debt payments.

Try to live within your means, Thus, you will never fall into debt traps further.
