MTE Help!

What state are you in? You do realize that MTE is a very shady pdl company? Did you close your account and open a new one? I wouldn't use your personal debit card to make a payment, if you do that then they will have your account number again.

Please listen to Shazzers; if MTE gets your personal debit card info, guaranteed they'll take whatever $$ they can. If you want to make a payment, get a prepaid credit card and use that. But don't give them any personal account information.

they are right, put the money on a prepaid debit card and call it in. do not give them your bank account info.

even better demand a physical address to send a money order to.. never give them any personal information. if you already gave them your debit card number i would report it stolen and get a new card.

The company is now known as TH & Associates, don't send it to Processing Solutions nor MTE Financial.

i would confirm the address and amount with the company before sending them anything.

I agree with bea2ls; I'd ask them to send me something in writing on company letterhead stating the amount owed and that it is in fact a legal debt.

You will not get anything from MTE. I would not send them any more money due to the fact your loan is probably way overpaid and they refuse to provide a mailing location. The best you can do is close your account and save yourself the hassle of loosing anymore money.

I dealt with MTE in the past and they will eventually give up after you have stopped sending them money.
