I just wanted to thank everyone on this site that have helped me with getting out of the payday loan hell. All the advice I received on this site concerning the laws in my state and who I could contact to get resolutions on these issues has saved me thousands in fees and interest that these companies wanted to collect. I have also been able to force some refunds because of were the lender was located and they could not hide behind tribal or another countries laws. For all those new to the site trust the experts like OhioGirl and paul they are great.

Congrats. Good to know that you have been able to get out of payday loan hell. I hope more and more people are able to get out of payday loan trap in future. Stay away from pdls in future.

I was very glad to read that you have had success because I'm just getting started and I'm very nervous! I opened a new ck account today but haven't closed the old one yet; I have my letters ready to send to 4 illegal pdl- 3 of which owe me refunds. One is Ameriloan and from what I've been reading I'm really dreading their "wrath". If anyone else has had success please keep the posts coming!
