HAVE just renetly got a 500 PDL...have beeb debited 300..now im aware this is thir fee..300 every month on a 500 $ loan..so every month i get a 800$ pay in full option...My question is is this legale? is this a legale co ??...i will glady pay thir loan but getting charged 300$.every month.for fees is ludacris....since finding this out i have closed my checking accout..and my bank assured me that that checking account can not be reopened..and no fees or transactions can accure..the lender is THELOANSHOP..............Help !!!!...what steps can I take to to stop this madness

Once they get the notice that your account is closed and they can no longer debit the account, they will start calling and sending emails..so brace yourself for that.
Can I ask what state you live in? I believe The Loanshop is one of the illegal lenders.
