About a month ago, I got a call from "The Stage Group" and on the other line was a woman who said that she had evidence of check fraud, checking across state lines, and some other felony charge from a payday loan I got in 2008 from Check n Go. She said that if I didn't pay they she was going to court there in Florida and sue me(I'm in Texas), so I paid $200.00, well I didn't have it then, and I don't have it now, what are my rights? She threatened me, what are my rights since I got the loan in Texas and live in Texas?

Who did you pay this $200 to? Never admit to owing a debt over the phone, make them send you a letter of collection via the mail, they are required to do so per federal law (FDCPA). This really needs to be reported to your AG, BBB and the FTC. You can file all these complaints online. It sounds like "The Stage Group" is another bottom feeder collection agency who calls people and scares them into paying money they aren't entitled to.
