Garnish wages

Don't worry. To garnish your wages, first they would have to get a judgment from the court against you and for that they would have to prove that you've defaulted on the loan. However, what you can do is send a certified mail with a RRR to the payday loan company with required documents (bank statements) stating that you have not received the amount when you applied for it.

Sorry, but it is up to the PDL to prove they gave the poster the money. SOunds like a scam PDL....keep a copy of your bank statement but close the account that they have access too.
