I have an installment loan from Think Cash. I've made several payments on it (probably 1/2 of them) and started struggling with paying my mortg, etc due to having an excessive number of PDL's outstanding. I'm in the process of handling the PDL's myself. I have sent an email message to Think Cash with this information in it and advised that I'd like to work out a payment plan with them. They keep sending me email messages back saying that I need to contact them. I keep sending emails asking if we can't resolve this matter through email.

I also have a loan with Payday One and I verified that it is actually a PDL. Apparently Payday One has some sort of connection with Think Cash or First Bank of Delaware too.

I don't want to call these people because I'm not ready to start setting up arrangements for my Payday One account yet, still working to catch up on everything else.

Is my request to have all communications with Think Cash via email messages an unreasonable one?

think cash does work with people.unfortunately a cease and desist in regards to phone calls doesn't apply to the OC.call them and explain your situation.

This is your third post with the same questions  Getting hard to track you.

Where did you get this information verified from, PaydayOne directly?

As poster stated above me, the contract you posted in another post outlined your contract as an installment loan.

**FYI** paydayOne offers installment loans and cash advances. So please be absolutely sure before you begin to send those proposals out. If they are installment loans, then the PDL laws and terms of interest do not apply to them at all.

As Paul stated be careful. :?

I'm not sure what you mean but I think you have requested a loan? We aren't affiliated with Think Cash or any other lenders, this is a get out of debt community which offers advice to people who are in need. Please don't obtain a loan with this company, they are ruthless and their interest rate is ridiculous!
