I have $750 loan with ThinkCash. I have been paying regular bi-weekly payments ($90) but I cannot continue doing so. I am planning on contacting them and see if I can make some other arrangements (lower payments). I just wonder if there's anyone who tried so and what my chances are? Also, I was thinking that maybe I'd be better off if my account goes to collection as the interest is not accumulating while in collection (correct?). However, would they only give my current balance to collection, or would they add all the interest they would have made if I paid the loan in bi-weekly installments as originally agreed? Any advise will be appreciated?

I have written them several times to no avail, I even spoke with a supervisor who told me that the "computer" cannot change the loan document when I asked for lower payments. I am waiting for another email.
