checkngo update

Hello. Just an update on how my friend is doing with her checkngo installment loan. She contacted them a couple of weeks ago and attempted to make payment arrangements. Of course, they were unwilling to make arrangements and told her that she needs to give them account information to bring the account current by 9/15/07. She said that it would be impossible and was told by the rep. that she couldn't guarantee what would happen and that it might be sent to third party collections. Well, as of today, she has heard NOTHING from checkngo...no phone call, no email, no letter. For those of you who have experience with the checkngo installment loan, is this common? Are they laying dormant just waiting to attack?
