I live in New Jersey and I have payday loans all from the internet but these fees are killing me and I don't know what to do. I have looked some up and some have offices in Delaware charging me there fees and interest and a couple sound like they are from out of the country I am distraught and don't know what to do. Please Help Me! Are they legal? Can they take me to court I have been paying and just defaulted this past Friday I am so tired of being broke they take everything. One of them went into my account on off pay weeks which caused my account to overdraw and I just can't deal Help me get out please!
