You can take help of any debt relief company in order to get rid of your payday loans. However, before going for a debt relief company, you need to check out the credibility of that company. You should check out the client testimonials in order to find out whether or not the clients are satisfied with their services. You should also check out their BBB accreditation. Once you're satisfied, then you should go with the debt relief company.

I think we need to find out if the payday loans are legal in the OP state first. If they aren't, then only the amount borrowed needs to be repaid. If that amount has already been repaid, then OP would not owe anything, thus there's no need for a "consolidation" loan. We would be saving OP money in that case.
Consolidation would be warranted if the loans were legal in the borrower's state, storefront loans or installament loans. Since the title of the post is "screwed in pa" we can assume OP lives in PA and thus payday loans are illegal.
So it's more helpful to our poster if we have that information before suggesting consolidation. My opinion....

Agreed. Let's not offer advice until we know the nature of the loans. If they're illegal (which, if the poster is in PA seems likely), things get handled differently.

I combined this thread with your original.
None of your payday loans are legal. You are only required to repay the principal amount borrowed from these people. No fees, no interest. Anything you've already paid can be subtracted from what you borrowed. If you've overpaid, you're entitled to a refund. You need to close your bank account and follow the advice here.

So, the answer to your original question is yes, it would be a bad idea.
