is texas on of the states that allows EPP and if not do i wait for my legal payday loans go into collections before i start making payments or arrangements? how long does it take for the loans to go into collections? and with the illegal ones like one click cash and speedy cash do i send the letter stating that im only paying on the principle if i even owe anyhting after deducting all the refinace fees they have already charged me? can i send the letter even before i stop paying them, because as of now i am still up to date with my payments. they are not due until the 1st, 3rd, and 4th of april? i live in the state of texas. thank you in advance for your help.

It is not a matter of whether the state allows it it is up to the PDL to accept it. They sometimes will. If they are storefronts they may be members of the CSFA and are required by membership rules to accept them. It is better to try now before you default. Once you have defaulted they will be far less cooperative.

thank you frogpatch for your help. one thing i forgot to ask when you do an EPP does the pdl company include all interest and fees or is it just the original loan amt. taking into acct the refinance fees and interests they have charged and collected? do you make the payments by mail or do you go to the storefront if they have one? all my pdls have been online, though check n go does have a storefront i'm not so sure about cashnetusa.again thank you so much!
