Ok has anyone ever dealt with these people. I got a call about the mypaydayloan.com account and first thing the account is not past due yet according to their records it happens tomorrow, so the woman calls me and tells me she is going to send a debt validation letter to me and she quoted my address. Se then laughed at me because when I get mad I get a little tongue tied and I told her I can't confirm or deny anything I don't know what she was talking about it was a lie/ She laughed I told her and if she send a letter I will have my lawyer look it over she laughed again.Now she pissed me off so bad I ended up telling her to kiss my a$$ and she threatened to call me everyday but she called from an unknown number has anyone dealt with these people.\> I filed a complaint with FTC law and public safety but what else can I do?:(

Don't talk to her again, her conduct says it all, this is another Internet criminal who has obtained your information and is trying to scare you into giving them money. If the need be, change your phone number. Just know that the more you talk to them, the more they will call, do not give them anyone to argue with, this is a game to them.
