DOWN TO THE LAST THREE

I have three illegal (at least I think ) loans left. I live in Missouri and have already closed my bank account and revolked ACH with these companies.
American Web Loan 600 paid 715
PayDayMax 510 paid 470
Americash 400 paid 245
American Web loan I have overpaid and will be happy is I just get a pif letter from them. How do I go about getting one.
PDM is contacting me from a company called Credit Protection Depot. The keep sending me e mails thanking me for making payment arrangements to send them $200 thru Western Union. I have no idea what they are talking about. I would like to find a way to get an address and mail a money order for the rest of the principal and get a pif letter from them. Should I contact PDM or CPD?
Americash When I look on the state site it says that they are legal but I have been making interest only payments to them and not paying anything on the principal. I think the laws in Missouri say that there has to be some kind of principal reduction..I have talked to them and they just keep telling me I need to pay the interest and pay the principal whenever I can. They refuse to make any arrangements to stop the interest or settle. Has anyone had luck with them. Please advise me on how to approach this company.
