I am underwater from several payday loans and am seeking advice how to get out of this cycle. I am renewing loans with each pay because the loans are taking all of my wages. Currently I have five payday loans. I originally took out the loans because I was denied a parent plus loan and was told that my son would not be able to register if I didn't pay the bill within 3 days. I was not made aware by the same financial aid department the because I was denied the PLUS loans that my son qualified for loans or I would have told him to do so. My loans are as follows:

ChecknGo - 2500 paid 1634 owing 3317
Iadvance Cash - 800 paid 1200 owing 500
Great Plains Lending - 1000 paid 2560 owing 500
Magnum Cash Advance - 700 paid 285 owing 885

I live in Ohio. Please help

You live in Ohio which has very restrictive laws concerning these types of loans.
Great Plains Lending is a tribal lender
Magnum Cash Advance is an offshore lender and also illegal

The other two I'm not sure about in your state. someone else may be able to help you with those.
Read the link below and follow the steps :

You are liable for principal only on these loans. You'd overpaid Great Plains. You need to follow all the steps to deal with these lenders sucessfully.

Check n go is a legal loan - is that "ladvance cash"? if so that is Integrity advance which is an illegal Delaware shill. The poster above has the information you need regarding the legal ones. You'll have to pay the bill to check n go.
