first off pdl's are prohibited in NC,and second anything debited gets deducted from the principle(which is all you owe)who is the illegal lender?lastly nothing as also NC is non-garnishment.

Help.. I have a few and they are threatening me with wage assessment... I have 3 kids and already have 2 garnishments for ambulance rides and just paid one of for 3 grand. I cant afford anymore. That's why I got those stupid loans to begin with... How can I get control over all this? Is there anything I can do to stop what garnishments I do have and to prevent from these online loans to get me also? I am very desperate...

What state are you in, names of lenders (storefront or internet), how much originally borrowed, and how much you have paid back so far? Answer these questions, and we can help you further.

one provide the info bingonut requested.two i don't know of any state that would allow two garnishments at th same time.as far as the pdl's go they are most likley referring to a wage assginment.you can revoke those with your employer first then the lender, but again don't know of any state that would allow multiple garnishments as there is a limit on the percentage, and how much money you are left with.
