2. Advance Me Today borrowed $500 paid $1775
3. Namakan Capital borrowed $300 paid $1080
4. Tower Lending borrowed $300 paid $990
5. My Next Paycheck borrowed $700 paid $2345
6. Mass Street Group borrowed $300 paid $720
7. Riverbend Cash I cannot find the info right now on how much I have borrowed and am not able to email them, it comes back undeliverable, but I had 2 loans with them and have paid $1002. I just received another $400 deposit into my account.
8. Cash Cure borrowed $600 paid $1058.10
9. Cash Direct Express borrowed $500 paid $950
10. Cash Advance Now borrowed $300 paid $360.
11. Northcash borrowed $400 paid 480
12. Ameriloan borrowed $550 paid $660. Had a previous loan with them which was paid off.
13. National Payday Loan borrowed $300 paid $342
14. Star Cash borrowed $450 paid $270. Had a previous loan with them which was paid off.
15. Castle Payday borrowed $300 paid $105
16. Sure Advance borrowed $400 paid $153.92
17. Target Cash borrowed $600 paid $720
18. Golden Valley I can't find original loan info, took out second loan of $900. They used $420 of that to pay my existing loan off and deposited $480 to my account.

20. Blue King borrowed $400 paid $106.

I have sent emails to them all stating payday loans are illegal in New York state and ach revocations aSnd closed my bank account. I have received paid in full emails from Namakan, Tower, Mass St. Group, Cash Direct Express, and Cash Advance Now so far. I have received settlement offers from Starcash for the remainder of what I owe in principal, which I accepted, Castle, which I rebutted with my own offer and am waiting to hear back, Safeloan for payments which I accepted but changed the dates of repayment and they accepted. Target cash and North cash are claiming tribal immunity and I am claiming I'm not paying cuz I'm not in the tribe. Advance Me Today won't budge cuz they are in Costa Rica.
Anyone have any suggestions?

It's not hard. with the number on online "lenders" all you have to do is keep applying and they will happily give you the money. One you start the cycle of taking out loans to cover other loans it's a tough freight train to stop.
Kudos to the original poster for deciding to take action. Things won't clear up right away and if you're persistent, ignore their idle threats, and follow all of the steps for dealing with illegal lenders things will get better.

My suggestion would be that you stick to your guns. Anybody who does not agree to your term can go pound sand. If they want their money, they will just have to play by your rules. When Costa Rica calls, tell them that you are in the United States and hang up.
