I live in TN. I have loans with plain green, Great Plains, Mobiloans, netpdl, husk hawk, twin bluff. I have paid more back than borrowed and still not anywhere close on the principal according to them since the interest is so high. Can anyone help?

So what I've read said payday loans in TN are legal so how are those illegal?? I want to make sure before I go to the bank tmw and stop ACH.

Regular Payday Loans (storefront) are legal in TN but these are all internet based tribal/offshore lenders. They are not licensed in any state. They may hide behind claims of sovereign immunity but that's a bunch of crap.
Read the links SOAPLADY posted and follow all the steps for dealing with illegal lenders. You are morally obligated to pay principal....Nothing more.
It will take some time and persistence but you will prevail.

They are all illegal loans...you owe principal only, no fees and no interest, no fees. Follow the link in my signature loan for information on how to deal with them.

FYI...rollovers are NOT permitted in TN.
