Trouble paying Installment loan

I am having a VERY hard time paying the 260.02 for my loan every 2 weeks. I called to ask if they could help me with lowering the amount over a longer period of time, and they stated they could not help me. I'm tempted to cancel my ACH, but scared of the penalties. This loan is making my life very stressful trying to make ends meet, and keep my kids fed and a roof over my head. Please help!!!!
