I have a loan with western sky I live in MN and they are not legal here. I lost my job in june but kept paying until september and got behind on my mortgage because I was afraid not to pay them. I know what a stupid mistake. anyway i did'nt have anymore money to pay to I stopped paying. I owe them $361.97 from the actual cash I received. I have offered to pay this if they will give me a paid in full but they won't. I received a letter today from Delbert Services saying I owe them 2747.97 for my western sky loan, which was bought by cashcall, but they have western sky on their letter. How do I handle this? I called them and told them my situation and they did not care. Delbert is licensed in MN. On top of that I am still 1 payment behind on my mortgage and yesterday I got a certified letter from ASC my mortgage company threatening to foreclose for 1 payment. Things just keep getting worse. Any help with be apprciated.

Again - I am looking for MN victims to get in touch with an attorney in MN who is working on filing a class action lawsuit against WS/CC for these illegal loans. He is very familiar with this scam because he also has offices in South Dakota. He is wanting to file the lawsuit in MN because they have consumer friendly courts. He contacted me again last night and is still looking for at least two victims who live in MN so that he can get the lawsuit filed and certified as a class action so that we ALL can participate. (I live in very non-consumer friendly Texas.) If Smoky will register and private message me, I can put them in touch with this attorney and hopefully get the ball rolling so that all of us can participate.
