I just found out that we didnt fully pay off a payday loan from 2007. Some investigator just called and told me that my husband will be arrested tomorrow if we don't come up with all of the money. I asked for a written copy of the loan and then also tried to set-up a payment plan with them. They said seems they are investigators they dont have to give me anything. I am scared. My husband is 64 and in poor health.

No one is coming to arrest anyone...it is a collector calling, not an investigator. What number did they call you from? Please report them to your local police department. What they are doing it illegal!!! STAY OFF THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
