I had followed instructions from post on this site regarding internet payday loans. I am in Indiana and dealing with mycashnow.com and cashyes.com. I contacted them and received a response that since I went online and applied for loans that they do not need to hold a license in Indiana. All of the information on this site has stated that they must be licensed in Indiana. I am totally confused and now do not know what to do? I do not want to get into any legal trouble over this. The mycashnow loan principal was for $1000 I have paid $920 back to them but still owe a balance of 1100 according to them. The cashyes principal was 400. I have paid that back but still owe them 250. What do I do? Do I stick to the instructions and do nothing or contact them to make arrangements. They state that since they do not solicit Indiana customers that they are not required to be licensed.

I received another response from cashyes.com and they explained that they do not need to be licensed in Indiana. They also state that they are marking my account closed and paid in full. I really wish that I would have know all of this years ago when I started in this vicious cycle. I am still waiting for a response from mycashnow.com. This is the one that I am worried about as it is much larger. Thanks for all of the help and advice!!!

mycashnow.com is in canada..cashyes is in Belize. Both offshore and unlicensed. Stick to the instructions we gave you. They are just trying to confuse you.
