got a letter from cashcall ,they say I waive my right to a jury trial, binding arbitration which shall be conducted with the Cheyenne river tribe , good luck with that,,and a lot of other things that pretty much say they want their money , US Fast Cash in default havent got any response from them yet , Mobilloans , in default they sent a payment schedule of 4 bi monthly payments of $ 250 , haven't responded to my counter offer, havent heard from any of the others yet , I'm sure i will

I sent this email to american web loan , dear lender in response to your email dated 04/10/2013 i must reiterate that you are not a licensed lender in the state of Michigan , and therefore this loan is illegal , i have overpaid and am due a refund , I am morally responsible for the principal only , any further contact must be by email or usps only, i will be awaiting your response

they have both charged me with a $30.00 NSF fee I've overpaid great plains by $330.00 on a $800.00 loan great plains and have paid great plains $355.00 on a $700.00 loan . I sent my emails to them still no response. told great i would pay the principal only , and demanded a $330.00 refund from great plains

Forget it -- just them trying to get you to call them, stay off the phone - tell them via email if they would like to discuss option 2 with you that they can send you a letter or put it in an email.. that all contact with you will be via one of those two methods only...

Start blocking their numbers if you can with your phone service..And I would definitely file complaints with the AG and FTC. When you try to log in on Plain Green and Great Plains what does their website say?

When sent the emails to them - did you get a generic response back - should have looked like this?

so far nothing like that . I sent those emails yesterday after 3P.M. EST , when i got home from work

You should be getting them right after you are emailing them to them... if not, they are not getting your emails at all..That is why you have not heard from them and they are charging you fees and trying to hit your un-open bank account..

try these - and date the emails as when you first sent them - do right away:

I don't know why both are valid emails.. You have to get this done - until you know that they have gotten - you have not revoked your ACH authorization or your wage assignment..

Have you sent them from these two sites:

I just got a return email from plain green I saved into a file i made for these emails so I have documentation it was received, you'll never know just how much I appreciate your advice

And to copy and paste - no biggy - highlight what you want to copy - hover over what you want to copy with mouse left click and move over what you want to copy and make turn color like you are highlighting with a marker release the left mouse button.. then right click on your mouse and select copy then go to where you need to paste and right click again and select paste...Try it in word if you can a few times very easy - proof what you are sending and then your are ready to send the email...

got emails from great plains and plain green , they were word for word the same and pretty generic, oh yeah , and western sky sent me an email trying me to take out another loan,,, can you believe that ???????

got an email from plain green stating that would no longer debit my account but they wanted $415 to settle after I've overpaid $330.00 , of course I refused, haven't heard from great plains, got aletter from cash call it said that my loan was funded by western sky and serviced by them , just who do i owe ?

Plain Green may take another email reminding them that they are illegal and that you will only be responsible for principal.. That this is what you borrowed and this is what you have paid and that in lieu of a PIF you will forgo your refund..

Western Sky/ Cash Call - well just wait you will get lots from them - I have a large file - it took from Oct to March - for them to send it to their supposed Collections which is Delbert Services - also Cash Call - when I faxed them back info the number came up as Cash Call..

I got a letter from alliance asset management yesterday on behalf of sure advance , they went right to the big guns it looks like , it says i have 30 days to dispute the validity of this debt . how should i respond ?

Send them a Cease and Desist letter - mail this letter to the address on their letter make sure you mail it Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested.

Then I would follow up again with Sure Advance with an email stating that you have sent the C&D to Alliance and it they would like to collect on the principal owed to them, then they will agree to the terms you lay out. You need to tell them how you wish to pay and when.. make it something you can live with.. and then mail them money orders - they are easy to track - I would send CMRRR...

again I thank you , great plains is willing to accept the principal amount , I've yet to work the amount of my payments but that's what I'm trying to budget . at this moment the principal is 360.00 shouldn't take long to pay that off . paid off Check n go Friday but they're legal in Michigan so I paid off in 3 payments 1 down seven more to go . great plains has my account blocked keep sending emails through their system a revocation letter everyday. still no response . I'll start on the C&D ASAP using the sample you gave me, again I thank you i really believe I can do this

I know you can - keep us posted.. :) I don't know if you need to send an email everyday to I think you mean Plain Green - did you at least get the generic response email back? They can't get to your money.. and you know that one is paid in full.. I would wait a week and see and then resend demanding PIF letter...

And in the C&D don't put anything about the payment arrangement or owing any thing - if you want to copy and paste here first - please do..

on a couple of these I owe less than $300.00 i have made an offer of $10.00 a week to them still no response

it was just a general response saying they got my email and a customer service staffer would be contacting me shortly , I sent american web an email Thursday still haven't gotten a response I didn't say I'd waive a refund though

Well at least you know they have been getting them.. wait it out a little - at least your money is safe from them - I would do the C&D right away..

Great news on Plain Green - keep the letter in a safe place in case need.. AWL keep on standing ground - they have been well overpaid. So glad it is working out for you --I definitely understand what you mean by more sleep - not waking up in the middle of the night sick to stomach trying to figure out where to come up with the money to pay everything..

I sent the C&D letter to Alliance Asset Management haven't hard back from them yet . Great Plains waived all interest and will take the balance of the principal. I'm still trying to budget this owe almost $400.00 shouldn't take long to pay it off. The way I see it even a little progress is still progress

Agreed - remember it is all up to you - you are in control of the repayment now and you tell them what you can afford when.. :)

i almost filed bankruptcy one of the best things I ever did was find this site if I hadn't i'd either have filed BKT or taken out more loans ,,, I'll NEVER do that again

got an email from usfastcash saying that would settle for the principal of $500.00 but I've already paid them $150.00 they stated that they were part of some sovereign nation crap I'm gonna respond by telling them that Michigan law prevails and I'm only gonna pay them $350.00 on my terms. sent an email to USFastcash stating that even though they claimed sovereignty as part of the Miami tribe of Oklahoma it was a moot point and that Michigan state law prevails. told them that I would pay the remaining principal of $350.00 and nothing more in biweekly payments of $25.00 beginning 05/17/2013, chose that date cuz that is when they demanded I pay them $500.00 to settle,, I'll just wait and see how they respond
