Haven't paid more than the principle on this current loan, but I have in the past. Am I entitled to a refund?

I have taken out a loan with MyCashNow.Com many times over in the past couple years. I recently took out a loan for $700 from them. I have currently extended my loan twice, for somewhere around $300 or so. From what I have read so far (and thank you very much, this site is really helping me) I owe them at least $400. But I have taken out and paid a ridiculous amount of interest to these guys over the years. Does that count towards the $400 I still owe, and could I consider this account done if I follow the steps listed in this forum? Also, do you think I would have any luck trying to get a refund on some of these previous payments? Or is my best bet to pay the $400. I also live in Washington. Thank you very much for your help.

My Cash Now operate out of the BWI and are illegal. You could notify them that you have overpaid on previous loans thus are not going to repay the $400. (I did this with Integrity Advance). Be prepared for lots of phone calls. I would recap what you borrowed, when and how much you repaid. I doubt that you will get a refund, but at least you won't have to repay the $400.

Ok, this should be interesting, but I'm going to give it a shot. I have other loans that I am also going to be working on as well, but this was my biggest, and the one I was most concerned about. I hope it works. I want to stop this stupid cycle that I got myself into.
