I am being contacted by someone in CA stating they

I am being contacted by someone in CA stating they work for United Law Services, they have a strong Middle Eastern accent. he states that I have felony charges brought against me for an unpaid payday loan and if i don't pay it he will send someone to my work or home to pick me up, he said he would contact my job & get me fired and he would call my kids school. he has all of my information (ss#, address, work info, license #, etc) I have paid him one time for the amount he said I owed then he called back 2 weeks later stating that I have another case against me but he isn't going to release the documents from the first case to me until I get this one paid per a judge he is working with. he even told me last week when I was on the phone with him that the judge was calling him then regarding my case & that I needed to make payment arrangements or he was going to download my case & have me picked up.
