It's been almost a year and a 3rd party has been trying to contact UnitedCashLoans to pay the loan, should I even worry about the loan not being paid off.

united cash is totally illegal and if libe two is equal to,or greater than line one.you owe nothing.btw since ucl is illegal anyplace calling will likely use illegal threats so i wouldn't worry.just keep us informed and if you have specifics we can help.
