Thanks! So far as I said 2 appear closed, but QXLonline said they will use all means necessary. I told them they were operating illegally and told them this --Pay Day Loans are illegal in New York, are you licensed to operate as a Pay Day Loan lender in New York? Please email me your license certificate number for New York State. I haven't received a response yet! I hope I'm on a roll.

I then said this - As for the 5 loans I e-signed, I want a refund on all charges above the loan amount plus the first interest charge.

They haven't responded so I ended with this -- Do not call, do not contact me, except by direct email, or US mail. Do not harass me or I will take action against you. Get my refund check in the mail ASAP. Thank you.

This was all on their customer service portal as they won't tell you their e-mail address. Is there one?

I just received this from QXLonline:
All payments were in complete accord with the loan contracts that you freely accepted wherein you agreed to waive your local laws, and as such no refund is due or will be forthcoming. However, as a goodwill gesture we are closing the curently active loan, meaning no more payments will be requested. This will however disqualify you from taking further loans from us. The 'letter' you have sent to us is one with which we are very familiar, and would suggest that you avoid using unregulated websites to get advice. This matter is now closed and no further reply will be made to you. Regards, Customer Service

I guess this "unregulated" website has some teeth! 3 down 2 to go!

I'd still keep after them for the refund and also remind them that YOU have no authority to "waive" your state's laws. Puhleeeease!
