I received a payday loan from an internet company called Flobridge. There license that is posted on their website says they are authorized to lend out of Utah and no other states. I sent them an email requesting proof that they are licensed to lend in the state of indiana and they answered all my other questions but that one. They are threatening to garnish my wages. Can they do that?

no.they can submit a wage assignment though.that is voluntary and revocable.draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter and give it first tio your employer, then send it on down to flobridge.once that is done they can't do a thing as internet illegal loans are non-collectable in FL so i doubt they will take you to court as that is how they can legally garnish.
